Overview

This Warning – No Trespassing, Firearms in Use, Keep Out sign delivers one of the most assertive and legally significant property access warnings available for private property owners across Los Angeles. The bold “WARNING” header in orange text on a black bar immediately commands attention, while the three-line message on the bright orange field below — “NO TRESPASSING / FIREARMS IN USE / KEEP OUT” — escalates the severity of the restriction significantly. The “FIREARMS IN USE” notice serves as a legal disclosure and a powerful deterrent, informing potential trespassers that the property owner is armed and that unauthorized entry poses a serious personal safety risk. This sign is designed for rural properties, private ranches, shooting ranges, and any Los Angeles area property where the owner wishes to clearly disclose firearm presence as both a safety notice and a trespassing deterrent.
