Two Codes, No Tow Icon — Just the Rule and the Law, Side by Side
When the enforcement language needs to carry its own weight without a graphic, this landscape-format version does the job with text alone. The red PRIVATE PROPERTY header runs the full width of the sign, the oversized black NO PARKING WITHOUT OWNER’S PERMISSION text dominates the center, and the red tow-away warning below closes with both L.A.M.C. 80.71-4 and C.V.C. 22658A — covering properties under Los Angeles Municipal Code alongside the statewide vehicle code for the strongest possible dual legal citation. The wider landscape format suits fence rails, gate crossbars, and horizontal mounting surfaces where a portrait sign would sit awkwardly. Commonly used at apartment complexes, commercial lots, and private driveways throughout Los Angeles where the combination of LAMC and CVC authority matters and the sign needs to fit a horizontal mounting location.
