Description

Overview

This No Trespassing – Unauthorized Presence During the Hours of Darkness Subject to Prosecution for Criminal Trespass sign delivers the same legally specific nighttime trespassing warning as its red-header counterpart, but with a bold black header — giving it a more authoritative, official appearance associated with law enforcement and security signage. The “NO TRESPASSING” header in white text on a solid black background commands immediate attention, while the detailed legal notice in bold black text on the white panel below explicitly targets nighttime unauthorized presence and criminal trespass prosecution. The black and white color scheme gives this version a distinctly serious, official tone that suits industrial facilities, commercial properties, and any Los Angeles location where a more authoritative and less color-intense warning is preferred.

Key Features & Benefits

  • Black header gives a more authoritative, law-enforcement-adjacent appearance
  • Time-specific “hours of darkness” language targets nighttime unauthorized access
  • “Criminal trespass” wording elevates the legal severity beyond standard notices
  • Bold black text on white panel ensures the legal notice is clearly readable
  • More neutral color scheme than the red version — suits industrial and corporate environments
  • Built for long-term outdoor exposure without fading or deterioration
