Description

PRIVATE PROPERTY and NO Are Already There — You Fill In What’s Prohibited

The large black NO paired with the PRIVATE PROPERTY header does most of the enforcement work before anyone reads the custom text — and what comes after NO is entirely yours to define. Type in “TRESPASSING,” “PARKING,” “DUMPING,” “SOLICITING,” “LOITERING,” or any prohibition that applies to your property, and the sign delivers the complete message: this is private property, and NO, whatever you just typed, is not allowed here. The prosecution notice at the base closes the loop with the strongest possible legal consequence, already pre-printed and fixed. Commonly used at private driveways, apartment complexes, commercial lots, vacant land, and any Los Angeles property where the prohibition needs to be customized but the authority behind it needs to be immediate and unambiguous.
