Adds the California-required “MINIMUM FINE $250” wording as a standalone plaque, following the R99B format used to bring existing accessible parking signs up to current code without replacing them entirely. Its compact landscape format mounts cleanly below an existing R99-style accessible parking sign, completing the required messaging in the simplest way possible. Commonly used in apartment complexes, retail centers, and properties upgrading older accessible parking signage that lacks the now-required fine wording. Supports ADA and CBC Title 24 compliance and offers a low-cost way to bring existing signs current.
