A Two-Tier Layout That Sets the Van Space Apart
Designates a van-accessible parking space using the standard blue background and white international symbol of accessibility, with a distinct horizontal divider separating “PARKING ONLY” from a dedicated “VAN ACCESSIBLE” panel below. This tiered layout draws extra visual emphasis to the van-accessible designation, helping it stand out even at a quick glance from a moving vehicle. Commonly used in apartment complexes, retail centers, hospitals, and any property with extra-wide accessible spaces reserved specifically for vans. Supports ADA compliance, reduces unauthorized use of wider accessible spaces, and protects the additional clearance van users depend on.
