Description

Liability Starts Here — Read Before You Park

Protects property owners and management companies from parking-related liability while making the no-trespassing policy unmistakably clear, citing Penal Code 602-L, CVC 22658A, and L.A.M.C. 80.71.4 directly on the sign. The bold red and white design states that parking without permission can result in citation or towing at the vehicle owner’s expense, and clarifies that no bailment is created — meaning management assumes no responsibility for theft, damage, or the contents of any vehicle. Commonly used in apartment complexes, gated communities, and commercial parking lots where liability exposure is a serious concern. Reduces unauthorized parking, reinforces legal standing, and protects property management from disputes over vehicle damage or loss.
