The Spanish module — red “NO FUMAR” header, white panel with exception text and its own prohibition icon — mirrors it exactly below. Each module is a complete, standalone communication unit that happens to share a panel with its translation.
This paired-module structure is meaningfully different from the bilingual designs earlier in this series where a single set of icons bridges both language sections. Here, each language gets its own icon — a deliberate redundancy that ensures neither language community depends on the other’s visual elements to complete its communication.
